Before co-founding Smith & Weidinger PLLC, Bradley gained invaluable experience as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado, and as a Denver Assistant City Attorney. His professional background also includes honorable service as a United States Navy Officer, with over six years of overseas assignments in Japan, East Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Bradley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Colorado.

Matthew Weidinger, Esq.

Matthew A. Weidinger is a seasoned personal injury attorney with a proven track record of successfully resolving thousands of cases for injured victims. Before co-founding Smith & Weidinger PLLC, Matthew honed his legal skills at both large and boutique personal injury firms in Denver and Colorado Springs. He also served as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado, where he gained valuable courtroom experience.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Colorado.

Molly A. Ullrich, Esq.

Molly A. Ullrich is an accomplished Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury cases. After two years as a legal intern at Smith & Weidinger, she was admitted to the Colorado Bar, where she has swiftly built a strong reputation in the state’s courts. Before joining Smith & Weidinger, Molly gained valuable courtroom experience through internships with the Albany County Prosecutor’s Office in Wyoming and the Augusta County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Virginia.

Molly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she served as President of the Equal Justice Wyoming chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in National Security from Virginia Tech. Her academic achievements and practical experience underscore her dedication to justice and excellence in legal practice.

Danielle Sharp

Danielle Sharp, a Colorado native and resident of Arvada, brings dynamic leadership and a deep commitment to justice to her role as the firm’s Law Practice Manager. Johana Cañas, B.A.

Johana Cañas, B.A., serves as the firm’s legal assistant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of personal injury cases. She is responsible for drafting critical correspondence and meticulously tracking the flow of legal and medicolegal documents to maintain accuracy and forward momentum for the firm’s clients.

Before joining Smith & Weidinger PLLC, Johana developed valuable skills in childcare and school programming, where she designed lesson plans and facilitated activities that promoted prosocial behaviors and emotional growth.

Johana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Colorado-Denver. During her time at CU, she was honored with an invitation to join the prestigious National Society of Leadership and Success.

Her academic experiences ignited a passion for the law, motivating her to become an integral part of the Smith & Weidinger team. Johana is actively preparing for the LSAT and is pursuing her goal of attending law school to further her career in the legal field.

Mara Weidinger, M.S.W.

Mara Weidinger, M.S.W., brings a comprehensive understanding of bio-psycho-social dynamics to the firm, blending expertise in social work and insurance claims. Her background includes managing extensive caseloads in both clinical and legal settings, with significant experience counseling individuals and families navigating emotional, social, physical, and financial challenges.

Before joining the firm as a Technical Writer, Mara gained valuable experience in Legal Case Management and Medical Billing at a prominent personal injury firm. She also provided social work services at a distinguished long-term care center, further honing her multidisciplinary skill set.

Mara graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s in Human Services and earned her Master of Social Work from the George Warren Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.

With a deep appreciation for the value of multidisciplinary collaboration, Mara excels at navigating the complex intersections of social work, law, and medicine to deliver impactful results.
