Bradley E. Smith is a skilled and dedicated criminal defense attorney. He specializes in Criminal Law, DUI & Traffic Law, Post-Conviction Relief, and is one of the most effective trial lawyers in the state.

Prior to co-founding Smith & Weidinger PLLC, Bradley has served as a Deputy District Attorney in Mesa County, Colorado and as a Denver Assistant City Attorney. He also served honorably as a United States Navy Officer with over six years of overseas service in Japan, East Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Bradley proudly obtained his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and he obtained his bachelor’s education from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado.
