Colorado Auto Collisions

Auto accidents are an unfortunate and far too common reality, both in Colorado and across the nation. Each year, over 6 million collisions occur nationwide, resulting in more than 3 million injuries and close to 40,000 fatalities. In Colorado, authorities report tens of thousands of crashes annually, with thousands of residents injured and hundreds of lives lost on the road.

These numbers paint a sobering picture of how frequent and severe traffic collisions have become. Shockingly, over 92% of all auto accidents in the U.S. are caused by driver negligence. From texting while driving and speeding to impaired or fatigued driving, these reckless behaviors continue to endanger lives every day. Speeding alone contributes to over 11,000 traffic deaths each year.
