Denver, CO — Serious Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-70 near Eisenhower Tunnel

Denver, CO (April 18, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred in Denver just before 11:00 a.m. on April 18. The crash happened between at least eight cars on Interstate 70 just east of the Eisenhower Tunnel.
Some vehicles appeared to have spun out due to the wreck. Police said the interstate was closed at the tunnel while responders worked at the scene. Multiple emergency crews worked in the area to help those involved and hurt in the accident, though the total number of injured victims has not been reported.
