Colorado Car Accidents
Car accidents are an everyday reality on Denver’s roads—from I-25 and I-70 to city streets like Colfax, Colorado Boulevard, and Federal. With more drivers, distracted driving, and ongoing road construction across the metro area, collisions are happening more often—and the consequences can be devastating.
If you’ve been involved in a crash, you may be facing a long and difficult road to recovery. Medical bills, lost income, insurance headaches, and physical pain can quickly add up. At Smith & Weidinger, we’re here to help you get your life back on track.
Why Car Accident Claims in Denver Can Be Complicated
Driver Negligence Is Often to Blame:
Many accidents happen because of speeding, texting behind the wheel, running red lights, or failing to yield. Proving fault requires gathering police reports, witness statements, traffic camera footage, and sometimes expert analysis.
Insurance Companies Are Not on Your Side:
Insurance adjusters often try to minimize your claim, even when it’s clear the other driver was at fault. Without legal representation, you may feel pressured to accept a settlement that doesn’t fully cover your injuries or long-term needs.
Serious Injuries Can Change Everything:
Even a seemingly minor crash can result in major injuries, like concussions, whiplash, broken bones, back or spinal damage, or internal injuries. Some victims require months of rehab, ongoing care, or time off work that they can’t afford.
Multiple Parties Could Be Involved:
Some accidents involve more than just two drivers. Defective car parts, unsafe road conditions, or commercial vehicles can complicate the case. We work to identify all liable parties to ensure you get the full compensation you deserve.
The Long-Term Impact Is Real:
Beyond the physical pain, victims often experience emotional distress, PTSD, and financial hardship. You deserve an advocate who can help you recover, not just physically, but emotionally and financially as well.
