Colorado Car Accidents
Car crashes remain a persistent threat across Colorado, and Denver’s busy roadways are no exception. With a steadily rising population, increased traffic congestion, and constant urban development, vehicle accidents in the Mile High City are all too common. Each month, thousands of collisions are reported across the Denver metro area, many of which lead to serious injuries or worse.
While multiple factors can contribute to these crashes, one stands out above the rest: driver error. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) attributes over 94% of all traffic accidents in the U.S. to some form of negligence behind the wheel. In Denver, this often means distracted driving, speeding, impaired driving, or simply failing to pay attention.
These choices may seem minor in the moment, but their impact can be devastating. A moment of distraction, a careless lane change, or a delayed reaction at an intersection can forever alter someone’s life.
For those injured in preventable crashes, the road ahead is often filled with more than just physical recovery. Victims frequently face rising medical costs, time away from work, vehicle repairs, and emotional trauma—all while trying to make sense of what happened.
