Written by Bradley Smith
Aurora, CO (September 12, 2025) – A woman driving an SUV died, and a bus driver, a passenger and what is believed to be the lady’s baby were injured in an RTD bus crash in Aurora on Thursday evening, September 11. The crash took place at the intersection of East 30th Avenue and East Park Lane Drive.
The collision occurred when the SUV crashed into the bus after speeding away from a nearby home. Aurora police stated that the SUV was involved in a domestic dispute before the crash, which may have contributed to the vehicle’s erratic driving. The driver of the bus and at least one passenger were also injured in the crash.
Police are still investigating the details of the incident. They have not released the names of those involved or provided information on their conditions.
Our sincere condolences go out to the family of the deceased victim. We also wish those hurt a swift recovery.
